Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the TeamAn excitingopportunity has arisen within the newly formed Enterprise EMEA Professional Services Team.Charged with identifying and implementing a number of high-profile revenue growth initiatives within both the Relationship Management and Business Development functions,the team is focused on areas that will provide incremental growth across the EMEA region.Engaging with a number of key stakeholders across the business in both Commercial and Operational functions, an opportunity has arisen to join the team in order to realisea number of pre-identified revenue initiatives through to live implementation and the creation of new ones.What you will be doingSupport the Professional Services Director in key activities of the overall work Programme and individual Project Initiatives alreadyin flight.Project Manage and perform analysis on existing initiatives showing expected revenue benefits to the business, expected time to live and tracking success versus expectation.Co-ordinate and assist with training for Commercial functions following implementation,and where there is a client impact or communication required, ensure any specific queries or objections are dealt with appropriately by the relevant Commercial Teams.Be a key liaison and focal point for other internal Operational Areas to ensure that any amendmentsor changes to Process or Operations are made at the appropriate times by the relevant supporting functions.Preparation of MI & Reporting in order to track the revenue generated through each initiative and present findings and forecasts to Senior Leadership.Whatyou bring:You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, with proficiency in Excel, Teams, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Visio - or have the demonstrated ability to develop proficiency quickly.The ability to handle confidential dataand information, provide timely and accurate reporting.The ability to collaborate with all levels of the Commercial & Operational Teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and a willingness to grow in a dynamic and evolving organization are key.The ability tocommunicate effectively using Teams while working with a geographically dispersed team is also critical.Added bonus if you have:A bachelor’s degree in business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience is required.Aworking knowledge of Worldpay’s reporting and billing systems would be advantageous - or have the demonstrable ability to develop proficiency quickly.An ability to grow and expand your internal network within Worldpay and potentially other FIS business unitsin order to assist with attainment of the Team’s Commercial Goals.Ability to take the initiative, work at pace and focus on driving results in fast timescales.What we offer youA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and visibility with a broadspectrum of opportunities.A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities - FIS is your final career stepA competitive salary and benefits.The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services& technology.A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility and respect.Varied and challenging work to help you grow your technical skillset.#LI-TC1Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal informationthat we process in order to provide services to our clients.
