**Overview**

- Responding to patient written queries to a 5 star standard
- Booking patients into clinics for appointments
- Managing and reporting patient results to ensure on-time reporting
- Fulfilling patient orders and requests
- Managing production and dispatch of home test kits
- Support International Expansion
- Dealing with complaints and feedback

**Person Specification**

The ideal person will have
- Excellent IT skills e.g. word, excel, internet
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and an excellent telephone manner
- High levels of patient care and compassion
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to get stuff done
- Willingness to learn about Sexual Health
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiasm about new challenges

The successful person may have:

- Nursing/ Counseling Qualification/ Experience
- PA experience
- Healthcare experience

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and Car (preferred)
