Senior Product Designer

Floww is a Fintech company backed by the London Stock Exchange Group with a mission to change how growing private companies get access to funding, and in turn, how investors discover opportunities and manage their investments. Company-sourced and verified data and innovative infrastructure form the foundation of our global private markets platform. Entrepreneurs/founders can easily run their fundraise over the Floww platform and can get access to an international pool of investors. Investors can spot the Unicorns of tomorrow but also manage their due diligence, company analysis and investment reporting. Our preferred partner network of Corporate Finance Advisory firms, Brokers and Investment banks leverage our FCA-regulated infrastructure to book-run their syndicated deals on Floww infrastructure.

For the first time in the UK private market space, funding partners and eligible investors can share deal flow and transact in primary private market investments in a single, professional investing ecosystem.

**Some of the things you'll be doing**:
As a key member of a product squad you will collaborate with cross-functional expertise, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to create engaging and user-centered design solutions. Your passion for design, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to envision and execute on innovative ideas will be crucial in this role.
- **Design Leadership**: Uphold and demonstrate the value design within the squad and wider business with the support from the Head of Product Design and other members of the design team. Provide guidance and expertise on design principles, user-centered design processes, and best practices.
- **User-Centered Design**: Drive the design process by conducting user research, developing user personas, and user flows to ensure products are intuitive and user-friendly.
- **Interaction Design**: Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs that convey the product's vision and functionality, paying close attention to usability and accessibility.
- **Visual Design**: Create visually stunning, pixel-perfect designs that align with the brand's identity and elevate the overall aesthetic of our digital products.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- **User Research and Testing**: Plan and conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and refine the user experience.
- **Design System Maintenance**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.
- **Stay Current**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve the design team's capabilities.

**What we need from you**:

- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of product design work, demonstrating your expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and design systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and an eye for detail.
- Previous experience in Fintech is beneficial but not essential.

**Salary & Package on offer**:

- Salary - £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
- Location - Brighton
- Hybrid Working (Average 2-3 days in office)
