An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our Integrated Offender Management team.

**Responsibilities**:
Change Grow Live, is looking for a motivated, innovative and enthusiastic individual, who can work with the Service Manager and city wide partners to lead and develop the work around supporting perpetrators of domestic abuse.

The domestic abuse perpetrator lead worker role within the Leeds Front Door Safeguarding Hub, working alongside the DA MARAC team, will provide wrap round support for a programme of support for offenders in order to:

- Achieve sustained reduction of abuse
- Support behaviour change through the stabilisation of related needs, e.g. mental health and substance misuse
- Reduce risk posed by the perpetrator

The successful applicant will provide a coordinator role for perpetrators identified through MARAC and the IOM cohort and be part of the existing multi agency arrangements with agencies such as police, probation, LDVS, housing, CSWS, ASC, and Forward Leeds.

In addition to case management you will also advise and support other agencies working with perpetrators on a daily basis to help improve agencies’ awareness of how to engage with perpetrators and manage risk and this will have a long-term impact on practice.

This role has been initially funded for 6 months with a further 6 months funding in the pipeline.
