**The role**

We are currently recruiting for a full time Coffee Shop Assistant to join the busy team in our 1878 Coffee Shop on Rosehill Industrial Estate.

**The responsibilities**
- Welcome customers and show them to their tables
- Serve food and beverages
- Operate the till and credit card machine
- Keep the coffee lounge clean and tidy
- Work with the kitchen people to provide excellent customer service
- Answer customers’ questions and resolve concerns amicably
- Operate the coffee machine

Desirable requirements
- A friendly outlook and an understanding of the importance of customer service and hospitality
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts to meet the business needs

**Hours and salary**

Monday to Sunday working, full time, £10.00 per hour for 18 year old +.
