**Citizen Information team**:
We're working to improve the power of DWP's data and to provide quicker access to a richer quality and greater understood sources of data. We are creating faster and more efficient data sharing in support of proactive, self-service citizen journeys. We'remaking benefit assessments more accurate, and services easier to access for every user

**Children's Digital PDU team**:
We provide customer focused digital solutions that underpin our key mission and passion of supporting families and ensuring positive outcomes for Children and families in the UK.

You will be help our teams change how Child Maintenance customers experience our digital services. You'll manage the delivery and sprints aimed at transforming the Infrastructure, Platforms and DevOps capabilities that underpin our microservices and eventbased Next Generation Children's services.

Our Senior Agile Delivery Managers enable expert digital teams to create, build, innovate and deliver.

You'll work with real digital experts, permanent civil servants, contractors, and suppliers. The level of expertise here is incredible and it's your mission to get the best out of them.

We create psychologically safe spaces where those experts can be at their best. You'll make sure they have what they need to deliver the best services. You'll identify blockers and find the best way round through, and over.

Our focus is on individuals and interactions, values and behaviours - not processes tools or documentations - and we put the user at the centre of everything we do.

Our Agile Delivery practice is thriving with over 200 members. We lead a cross-gov community which meets once a month to share ideas and discuss emerging trends.

New joiners to our community are surprised at the level of support and the degree of collaboration in DWP.

You'll join us in our Newcastle digital hub. We're just across the road from Longbenton metro stop.

We also have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work flexibly. We work a hybrid model, with some time in the office and the rest of the time home working using our brilliant collaboration tools.

In return for your skills, we offer a competitive salary of up to £66,387.

You'll be eligible for a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 27.9%. For a starting salary of £60,000, for example, that would mean DWP put nearly £17,000 in your pension pot each year.
