**Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Doors & Accessories**

Remuneration: £35,000 + £15,000 annual bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Doors & Accessories will involve:

- Field sales position promoting a high end quality range of distributed kitchen doors & components (will be a manufacturer in the future)
- 80% of your time will be spent selling to independent kitchen retailers and kitchen showrooms
- The remaining 20% of your time will be spent selling to kitchen manufacturers, cabinet manufacturers / OEM’s
- Inheriting a territory that is currently turning over £1.2m and easily capable of doubling in size
- There will be a good split on managing and expanding existing relationships and generating new business
- In the first 6 months you will focus on managing existing accounts and going round neglected accounts that haven’t been seen for 1/2 years
- Working closely with and reporting into National Sales Manager

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Doors & Accessories with:

- Must have a hungry driven sales personality, looking to better yourself and the company you work for
- Must have longevity in previous jobs
- Ideally from a kitchens product background (however open on product background)
- Ideally sold high end products rather than on price
- Would consider someone that works in a kitchen retailer or kitchen showroom
- Would consider a senior internal sales manager with experience in the kitchens sector
- Ideally sold to independent retailers / showrooms (not essential)
- Comfortable with working in a competitive environment
- Confident people person with a genuine desire to succeed
- Organised, dynamic and self motivated
