**A bit About You**:

- You will have a minimum 2 years’ experience handling customer service queries for a financial service provider, insurance sector preferred
- You will have an APA qualification (Personal General Insurance essential)
- You will ideally have a CIP qualification
**A bit about the Job**:

- You will be dealing with customer complaints; both verbal and written
- You will ensure that customer complaints are accurately recorded and dealt with in accordance with the relevant complaints’ procedure
- You will ensure a thorough investigation is carried out for all formal complaints and an independent review complete
- You will draft complaint final response correspondence
- You will be dealing with errors and breaches
- You will ensure that errors/breaches are accurately recorded and dealt with in accordance with the relevant error/breach procedure
- You will complete analysis on complaints and errors to identify trends
- You will escalate issues/trends/re-occurring complaints/errors to the CX & Retention Manager
