**Accountabilities**
- The Complaint Handler will provide an accurate and efficient service for customers by delivering an excellent complaint handling service.
- Provide a friendly and professional service also ensuring associated administration is completed.
- Happy to take ownership of the complaint but also work as a team to provide the best service to the end user.
- The successful Complaints Handler will be able to communicate at all levels both written and verbal

**Requirements**:

- High level of customer service
