They are now looking for an **Account Support Executive **to join their growing team.

**Account Support Executive**

**Duties (to include but are not limited to)**:

- Creation and updating of price lists
- Point of contract where issues are identified during post install call by Customer Service
- Arranging design and branding of machines for clients where there are bespoke requirements
- Sorting supplier accreditation/product data sheets/audit records for clients.
- Requesting and managing PO requests from group clients for annual rental/maintenance contracts.
- Supporting Customers with general information or data requests.
- Supporting the Sales Team Members with general information or customer insight (which may require telephoning into Customers to gain this insight).

**Person Specification**:

- 1-2 years Sales Support/administration experience
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Strongcapability to communicate effectively to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Target driven and results orientated with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Sales and Customer service experience, ability to multitask and keep a “cool” head in times of pressure.
- Ability to develop an understanding of customer needs and requirements and an ability to learn and retain product specific information
- Good attention to detail

- Organisation - exceptional organisation skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Capability and flexibility in adopting new skills to understand the value of robust sales processes
- A self-starter who’s able to work independently and create new tasks for completion without the need for on-going instruction.
