If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a cheerful and curious young boy who lives with his loving family in Norwich, he requires support throughout the day and night with his complex care needs.

As part of his dedicated care team, you will provide a loving and supportive environment giving him the chance to grow, learn, and experience the world around him.

He is full of curiosity and thrives on the interaction and connection with his family and care team. He loves to explore a variety of sensory activities especially his light up and musical toys, watching his favourite shows such as 'Mr Tumble' and 'Hey Duggee', and just simply loves to play

Throughout the day you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will assist him in enjoying his hobbies and interests, provide stimulating activities and ensure his well-being.

Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, making close observations, and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep offering reassurance and comfort when needed.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Gastrostomy Care
- Cerebral Palsy Awareness
- Epilepsy Management

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time Days & Nights available 2-3 shifts per week
- 8:00pm - 8:00am
- Weekend Days: 9:00am
- 5:00pm

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weeknights: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Saturday: £15.50 per hour (£186 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Sunday: £15.50 per hour (£186 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £16.50 per hour (£198 approx. per 12 hour shift)
