**Job description**:
**We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.**

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for adults in the Norwich area.

In this role, you’ll deliver essential, person-centered care to our service users, managing their clinical interventions and tending to their care needs. You’ll also support them to participate in activities they enjoy, such as socialising with friends and family, and going on community outings.

At night, you’ll assist with their bedtime routine, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure, and help create a calming environment to support a restful night’s sleep.

**Please note, our service users has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Pay Rates**:

- £16.00 - £18.00 per hour
- Approx. £192.00 - £216.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
- Approx. £198.00 - £216.00 (per 12-hour night shift)

**Shifts Available**:

- Full Time and Part Time
- Days: 8am - 8pm
- Nights: 8pm - 8am

**Essential Requirements**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- Clear Communication Skills
