**Role - Service Advisor / Service Receptionist
Salary - £23,000 basic / £32,000 OTE (realistic**) + company car + training + 6-month salary reviews
**Location - Ellesmere Port (Cheshire Oaks), Cheshire
**Richard Abson Group are helping a premium branded car dealership in Ellesmere Port (Cheshire Oaks) find an experienced and quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.
The business a well-known and reputable dealership in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training. They will aim to have you train as a fully accredited Service Advisor within the first 12 months, aswell as review the basic salary every 6 months. You will also be entitled to a company car on their scheme (full driving licence required).

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.
**Requirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist**
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network)
- Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales
- Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred)

**Salary and working hours**:
The business is offering a competitive basic salary from £23,000, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning an average of £32,000.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, or 8.00am to 5.00pm, with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings, 8.30am-12.30pm.
