**Client Details**
Very well established business in the Worthing area looking for a customer service advisor to join their growing team.
**Description**
- Logging and solving customer complaints within the parameters of company processes.
- Raise and issuing refunds where necessary whilst keeping accurate records.
- Liaising with Customer Service Team Leaders to feedback all issues to remain in line with operational processes.
- Administrative duties as and when they are required.
- Learning about the organisations products and services and keeping up to date with any relevant changes
- Attend departmental meetings as and when required.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as and when required.
**Profile**
The successful individual will have good written and spoken English, personal organisation, planning and time management.
- Excellent communication skills and working well under pressure will be essential.
- Reliability, influence and personal effectiveness are also necessary.
- Understanding customers and their needs.
- The individual will also be able to leverage this understanding by concisely summarising problems and support this with practical solutions and recommendations in line with company processes and values.
The individual will therefore need to be flexible in terms of hours worked in peak periods.
