**Our Opportunity**

In the role of **Sales Support Administrator**, you will contribute in delivering effective and efficient operations of the UK Sales Support and ITL Americas Sales Support departments, through providing excellent customer service in a timelymanner.

You will have opportunity to proactively contribute to how we can develop our systems and undertake analysis on customer activity using Syspro and Qlikview.

**Overview of your responsibilities**:

- Processing orders, quotations and pro-forma invoices
- Creating and sending freight documentation, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, COO, EAD, ATR, etc.
- Track orders to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained. Chase delayed shipments with Production (UK and China) and freight forwarders
- Coordination of direct shipments from supplier to customer
- Ensuring a full knowledge of products in order to maximise on sales
- Liaise with Sales Directors regarding month end figures, monitoring monthly sales orders and creating reports as required
- Completion of month end for the Sales Support Team
- Maintenance of the shipment log/proofs of export needed for VAT records
- Drafting and checking export paperwork, including EAD’s, ATR’s and certificates of origin and on occasion, creating manual paper work for shipments to BTC/BTL

**Targets**:

- Delivering on department SLA - 24 hour response for all sales orders and enquiries
- Monitor monthly forecast figures, order entry and correctly channelling enquiries, raising NPI tickets and confirming lead times
- Delivering customer satisfaction and feedback to the business on ways to improve
- Weekly reviews and updates of sales logs accurately for audit purposes
- Attend monthly product training sessions and complete product matrix
- Audit intercompany orders for accuracy

**Your skills & experience**
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
- Previous experience in a similar role, including export documentation
- Knowledge of overseas shipping procedures - INCO terms, COO
- Attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities to enable confidence in communicating in writing and verbally to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
