SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Due to continual growth of the business our client is looking to recruit a talented Sales Support Administrator with a strong background from within sales support. Our client is an independent specialist in design and fit out providing bars, restaurant andkitchen design / install and refurbishment. They have a vast amount of experience and an impressive portfolio of leading clients across the country.
The Sales Support Admin role will involve:
- Sending out enquiries to suppliers
- Collating all received suppliers quotes per project
- Produce client quotations using Auto Quotes
- Collate all purchase orders needed per project
- Liaising with the designer regarding the specification schedule
- Ordering all samples for sign off per project
- Working closely with the client manager and project manager
- Collate the handover folder
- Ensuring all purchase orders have been placed
- Stage payments are met by the client
- Collate all additional extras within the project once live
- Printing off drawing packs
- Day to day support within the sales office
- Data inputting / Sales order processing
- Data Management - requiring attention to detail
- Supporting the administration requirements of all aspects of the business
- Dealing with customer queries
- A strong work ethic and extremely organised
- As this is a wide and varied role an ability to prioritize and multitask is essential
- Previous Sales support / Sales administration experience from within the design & build sector would be preferable but not essential
- Competent and proficient to use a range of Mircosoft packages.
- A friendly and confident phone manner
- BASIC: £24k-26k dependent on experience
