Customer Service Co-ordinator

**Salary**: up to £23,000

**Location**: Waters Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast, BT1 3BH

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours a week)

**Job Purpose**

The role of Customer Service Co-ordinator
** **is really important to us. You will be responsible for building and sustaining a first-class relationship with all customers within the implementation journey of mobile orders as well as managing customer expectations, quoting realistic timeframes to complete tasks, in line with workload.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Build and sustain a first-class relationship with all customers within the implementation journey of Mobile Orders.
- Manage customer expectations always - quoting realistic timeframes to complete tasks, in line with workload.
- Working closely with all relevant stakeholders within the order journey, to ensure a smooth transition into In-Life Account Management & Service Teams
- Ownership and co-ordination of each stage of the process, to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivered.
- Updating of all assets in line with company guidelines and billing requirements.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Experience within a customer focused environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate proficiently both written and verbal
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
- Teams, Word, Excel etc.
