**Social Media/Marketing Assistant - Construction Reporting to the Bid Manager this is a fantastic role for someone looking for their next move into Marketing and Social Media using your skill learnt through your degree or Apprenticeship.**

**This is a great company based in the North Kent area specialising in Construction who are expanding rapidly and want to tell everyone about it**

**This role involves going round to site photographing and collating good media content so you must be a car driver and be happy to do this as well as working in the office with the Marketing Team.**

**Social Media/Marketing Assistant Overall purpose of role**
- To be responsible for overseeing all social media accounts and the company website.
- Working closely with the Bid Manager to create engaging content for the company's social media presence. Social Media/Marketing Assistant Responsibilities
- Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analysing the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy. Social Media/Marketing Assistant Key tasks
- Assist in the management of company social media channels - such as Twitter and Linked In.
- Support with the creation of dynamic written, graphic, and video content
- Optimise website content, regular updating all the news and completed projects sections.
- Meaningful interaction with our audience - i.e. comments, comment replies likes and shares
- Assist with social media projects, events, and community management
- Work as part of a team to develop social media campaigns
- Work with the Customer Services team where appropriate on project specific social media issues.
- Support with monthly reporting - report monthly on Linked In engagement.
- Be confident to propose new ideas and concepts for social media content/campaigns
- Regularly visiting all sites to take photographs (and videos), liaise with site staff, and gather information for use on social media - all to be reported back to the Bid Manager and use in tender submissions where appropriate.
- Gathering news of social value delivered on all sites
- Assisting the Bid Team and other marketing-related tasks where required, with potential tasks including the creation of case studies of completed projects and the creation of newsletters.
