Parent Host

We Make Footballers Medway West is seeking a **professional, enthusiastic and personable Parent Host** to join our team at our **Rochester Academy**.

This position involves providing a warm and organised welcome for players and parents at our weekly football sessions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth session operations, maintaining accurate registers, and fostering a positive experience for families attending our academy.

As part of the role, you will also support our social media presence by capturing short videos and photos during sessions for use on our Instagram account.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and sign in players and parents on arrival at sessions.
- Maintain accurate attendance registers for each age group.
- Capture short video clips and photos for social media.
- Provide information and assistance to parents and trialists.
- Build strong relationships with families to develop a friendly, community atmosphere.

- Excellent verbal skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, approachable manner.
- Reliable, organised and proactive with good attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic attitude and an interest in youth football or community engagement.
- Access to own mode of transport or live within walking distance of ME1 3BY

**Role Details**
- **Location**: Thinking Fitness, Maidstone Road, Rochester, ME1 3BY
- **Hours**: Tuesdays 17:10-20:00 and Saturdays 09:10-12:00 (session time e.g. 9:30 - 10:30 & 10:30 - 11:30)
- **Contract Type**: Zero-hours contract
- **Pay**: £12.50 per session ( two sessions per shift)
