You must be proficient in Maths and English and due to the nature of the work, which includes some heavy lifting, you must be physically fit.

After full training your responsibilities will include:

- Managing stock in and out (to external clients) as well as in store transfers, stock control, picking and packing, recycling and completing the paperwork associated with a busy Warehouse
- Delivering high levels of customer service
- Process customer purchases / orders.
- Liaising with other departments
- Customer payments/ dealing with enquiries over the trade counter
- Answering the telephone to customers and suppliers

The apprentice will complete a Warehouse Level 2 qualification as part of the apprenticeship.

Hours 8-5pm Monday to Friday (1hr Lunch) Holiday 25 days holiday

Contract length: 24 months
