Due to continued growth, our client is looking to employ a personable and motivated **Senior Project Manager.**Responsible for the management of company ODM & Platform product development projects to agreed time, cost and quality objectives; in addition to:

- Manage NPD projects in liaison with the with Project Leads & Technical Project Leads.
- Manage new production introductions from R&D through into full production.
- Develop and promote new processes, methods and technologies to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Work with Group R&D Director, Site Director and Finance Director to set project budgets.
- Agree resource allocation with Group R&D Director & departmental heads required to deliver each project.
- Ensure effective cost, time scales, processes, health, safety and quality objectives are met.
- Work with Project leads to formulate and drive the project plan for the complete development lifecycle.
- Delivery of large complex projects, by breaking them down into manageable elements.
- Ensure project plan task timings, quality and cost objectives are met by the R&D designers and third parties.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals.
- Project management of internal and external resources.
- Management of software development as well as hardware and mechanics.
- Strong Technical base in Software & Electronics.
- Knowledge of issue management/tracking and reporting.
- Strong Project Management background in consumer new product development.
