**Key Objective for Business Support - Planning coordinator role**
**We are currently looking for a Business Support - **Planning coordinator to assist in the regional planning of the water safety division.
We are looking for a dynamic Planning coordinator that is IT literate and can coordinate our internal resources in a productive/professional manner.
Ideally, they should be familiar with utilising an electronic planning systems tool. They should be outgoing and comfortable with multiple levels of communication across the business, with an understanding of field-based work requirements.
This position is offered as an office-based role in our Bicester office, although a hybrid role would be considered. This position reports directly to the head of operations and will develop relationships with other key peers within the team.

**Business Support - Planning coordinator is a full-time role of 37.75 hours per week. The salary bracket is based on experience level, but we are happy to train the right applicant for this role.**

**Business Support - Planning Coordinator Responsibilities**
**Key responsibilities required include, but are not limited to**:
- Manage Operative’s diaries;
- reactive and monthly compliance works.
- Prioritising emergency/reactive works.
- Booking appointments, allocating works to the available operatives, and following works from the start to completion.
- Ensure all relevant data is updated on a timely basis.
- Liaising with tenants and Operatives to arrange visits.
- Effectively communicate any concerns about work quality and ensure operatives have the right material to complete their work.
- Take part in meetings, supervision, and training as requested by the manager.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities following the Company’s customer care standards.

- Demonstrable experience within a planning environment
- Good knowledge of nationwide geographics.
- Understands the importance of working with integrity and to the highest professional standards.
- Reasonable IT and computer literacy.
- Able to listen and communicate professionally, personably, and effectively with customers and Zeta employees alike.
- Understand when to communicate and escalate concerns or issues.
- Possess a strong work ethic with excellent time management skills and levels of the organisation.
