**Planning Coordinator**

**Location: Oxford**

**£salary negotiable plus death in service, medical insurance, pension and 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days**

I am currently working with a specialist Water Hygiene/Treatment that have been operating for over 20 years and have a very good reputation with their clients.

Due to internal promotion, they are now looking for an additional Planning Coordinator to join their growing team.

**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Manage Operative’s diaries;
- reactive and monthly compliance works.
- Prioritising emergency/reactive works.
- Booking appointments and allocating works to the available operatives and following works from start through to completion.
- Ensure all relevant data is updated on a timely basis.
- Liaising with tenants and Operatives to arrange visits.
- Effectively communicate any concerns about work quality and ensure operatives have the right material to complete their work.
- Take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s customer care standards.
- Ideally based within a commutable distance of Bicester
- Have experience of planning reactive works for Engineers
- Computer literate
- Excellent attention to details
