We are currently looking for a Head of Analytics to join to one of the world's leading customer review platforms. They are at the start of their journey in growing data science and analytics team and need a talented individual such as yourself to designand implement this strategy, as they look to combine ML analytics with rich client by client insight into one centralised platform.

**?? Specifically, the role will involve**:

- Leading and managing a team of four; two data scientists and two analysts and building out this side of the business with new recruits and merging BI platforms
- Liaising with both senior stakeholders, board members and clients to understand business requirements and help drive business forward
- Devise, design and develop data science and analytic strategy
- Work with clients across a range of different industries to provide insight on customer behaviour and opinion, product performance and customer retention.

**?? We're excited if you have**:

- **Background** - Strong experience in a 'Head of'/management role, with combination of management and hands on technical experience
- **Data strategy -**experience in developing and implement data science and analytic strategy successfully in previous role
- **Technical -** fantastic hands on technical ability, with range of data analytics, data visualisation, data science/programming tools. Machine learning experience highly desirable.
- **Technical Translator** - A structured thinker with the ability to clarify and simplify complex solutions to achieve business insights. Good data story-teller that explains the data science to non-tech people
