**HEAD OF ANALYTICS**

**UP TO £120,000**

**OVERVIEW**

I am working with a global and rapidly growing fintech scale-up business who are looking for their next Head of Analytics.

They are looking for an analytics expert who is focused on delivering insights on customer acquisition and retention. This will be an opportunity to build out a team dedicated to driving an high performing analytics culture.

**THE ROLE**

The successful Head of Analytics responsibilities will include:

- Oversee a range of analytical projects, which will have huge commercial impact
- Draw actionable insight from data, to make recommendations for the business
- The opportunity to build out a team and shift the culture
- Working closely alongside the commercial, finance, marketing, and operations teams
- Communicating with key stakeholders and C suite level individuals
- Mentor and coach junior members of the team

**THE EXPERIENCE**

The successful Head of Analytics will have the following skills and experience:

- A background in marketing, customer or product analytics with an understanding of complexed data and drawing actionable insights
- Confident personality with experience communicating to stakeholders
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Python or R
- Ability to people manage effectively

**THE BENEFITS**

The successful Head of Analytics will receive a salary of up to £120,000 per annum plus an array of additional benefits.
