Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding school in Bournemouth.
We are currently seeking a number of Learning Support Assistants or Teaching Assistants to join this school on a full-time and part time basis. This could be an excellent opportunity for a full time graduate role, a placement for your sandwich year, or apart time role to fit alongside your studies.
The School is specialised in educating pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, as well as pupils who have been excluded from mainstream settings.
The school support young people to develop their emotional wellbeing and social skills. As a Learning Support Assistant you will support the school to develop students to cope better with the things they find challenging; whether this is during their schoolday or at home. Applicants will be working in a classroom supporting assistants and fellow support workers on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with pupils.
They are looking for individuals that are passionate about developing a career and will be willing to put you through training, including teaching training for dedicated members of the team.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will help establish positive and healthy relationships, emotional wellbeing and developing social skills.
Experience is preferred but not necessary. If you have transferable skills then this could be the job for you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
