Inline with Black Box’s growth plan and our continued success and expansion, a new opportunity for a Service Co-ordinator has come available, working out of our headquarters in Chorley, Lancashire PR6 7BX.
- Maintenance of CRM system (CASH)
- Engineering job completions
- Liaising with team managers on a daily basis to ensure necessary tasks are complete
- Taking internal/external calls
- General admin duties (scanning, printing, filing etc.)

**Additional Requirements / Skills**:

- Be self-managed and able to work under your own initiative whilst still being a good team player
- Microsoft office experience
- Be reliable, organised, hardworking and have good planning skills
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- To act as a company ambassador
- Maintaining/developing good relations with both clients and colleagues
