Zachary Daniels are proud to be supporting a premium food and drink retailer with a number of stunning stores situated in the Northern Counties. Our client is on the look out for a Business to Business Coordinator to join the central functions team at theirhead office Preston to support on the following:

- Provide administration support and project co-ordination to the Business-to-Business team.
- Ensure product details are accurately updated on all systems working in conjunction with the Buying and Supply Teams.
- Ensure supplier and customer meetings take place at appropriate intervals and support the Business Development Manager in the preparation for those meetings.
- To work with cross-function teams to coordinate trade marketing activity - creating, developing and managing business communications and information about existing and new products.
- Provide outstanding customer service for Business to Business customers in order to facilitate sales and manage working relationships
- Co-ordinate and manage designated short-term projects as determined by the Business Development Manager.

Desired knowledge:

- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of VBoo
- Knowledge of the Retail sector

Essential Skills:

- Proven ability to work autonomously as required
- Good telephone manner
- Proven ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
- Experience of managing deadlines effectively, able to prioritise
- Experience of managing large amounts of data
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach to problem solving, investigation and interpretation of information
