Resource Co-ordinator

**Purpose**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To acquire and continuously develop a detailed understanding of specific skills and disciplines across all Consultancy Frameworks including project deliverables.
- Experienced in interview techniques with an understanding of British Defence Logistics, Support and Procurement.
- Maintain detailed notes via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Responsible for maintaining the consultancy services resource pool through regular engagement and communication.
- Be the Point of Contact (POC) for the Consultancy Services Resource pool, maintaining an accurate availability status of all resources on the ATS.
- Maintain the Consultancy Services file structure - ensuring all critical path and associated documentation is saved and maintained in the correct locations.
- Manage the deployment of resource into their roles and tasks ensuring framework specific administration is conducted.

**General**
- Brief the consultancy services management team as necessary with regards to the current resource pool status.
- Participate and seek continuous improvement initiatives and present these for consideration.
- Be prepared to travel in support of consultancy services activities and recruiting events.
- To engage in personal development as agreed.

**Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
Educated to A Level or equivalent
- Deployment
- Engagement
- Utilisation
- Tracking time & attendance, including sickness or absence

This is in support of a major MOD projects so previous experience either a serving member of the armed forces, or for a Tier 1 defence contractor is highly beneficial.

**Where we are**:
Our head office is based at a purpose built, state of the art distribution facility on Buckshaw Village in Chorley with excellent transport links to the M61 and M6 plus a mainline train station less than a mile away. The office has on site parking, shower facilities for those who brave the elements on a bike or on foot and a subsidised canteen.

We are currently operating on a hybrid working basis, there will however be a period of time at the start of your employment spent fully working in our office, familiarising yourself with our systems and processes.
