**The company**

My client are an established yet growing data analytics software company with a global workforce. They are looking for a passionate Technical Consultant to join their close knit customer experience team.

**The role**

As a Technical Consultant you will provide exceptional service and support to customers by ensuring smooth workflows through the coordination of internal and external resources, meeting customer needs on time. You will promptly address queries, follow through on projects, and take pride in finding innovative and proactive ways to effectively engage customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver technical customer service and support to resolve cases relating to enhancements or changes to client environments.
- Coordinate and allocate jobs to the correct resource, either internal or external.
- Ensure deliverables and quality of service are met on time and in scope by working. collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of work.
- When an external resource has been chosen, create a job for that resource, give access and tools needed to get the job completed.
- Document, track and monitor issues and activities to ensure resolution, sometimes requiring root cause analysis.
- Document processes and procedures and update knowledge database.
- Track and review project deliverables in keeping with KPI's.
- Represent the end user to ensure they receive high-quality and timely service and support.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Demonstrable experience in managing, monitoring and supporting systems.
- Solid knowledge of Windows domains and Networks.
- Absolutely must have strong SQL skills and have experience IIS.
- Understand the technical impact of projects from supportability, scalability and repeatability aspects and as well as the business impact in delivering and scoping projects.
