**Job Title**:Senior Residential Support Worker

**Location**:Nottinghamshire (NG13 area)

**Salary**:£28,080 to £29,640 + sleep-ins

**Shift Pattern**:

- Shifts run from 8:00am to 11:00pm followed by a sleep-ins
- Sleep-in is followed by a second 8:00am to 11:00pm shift
- Week 1: 2 shifts
- Week 2: 3 shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver nurturing, consistent care using therapeutic approaches such as PACE and DDP
- Work as part of a close-knit team to promote stability and resilience in young people
- Facilitate activities and experiences that support individual growth and recovery
- Uphold safeguarding standards and contribute to a safe, supportive environment
- Maintain clear, professional records and reports

**Requirements**:_Senior Support Workers: _
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential childcare
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People (or willingness to complete)
- Experience supporting young people with complex needs and challenging behaviour
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
