The ideal candidate will :Have at least 2 years experience in a childrens residential homeBe confident leading and organising shiftsUnderstand how to support children and young people who have experienced trauma and display challenging behavioursDemonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency professionalsPossess excellent communication reporting and recording skillsBe compassionate patient and resilient with a genuine desire to make a positive differenceHold a Level 3 Diploma in Childrens Residential CareBe 21 years or overWho you will be working forYou will be joining a growing and established provider of childrens residential services operating multiple homes across Nottinghamshire.
