**Multi Skilled Operative Finisher (Adaptations)**

**The Position**

We require **Multi Skilled Operatives** to work individually or as part of a team undertaking adaptation works to Vulnerable and Disabled service users homes, including:

- Finishing of Level Access Shower rooms and Shower Over Baths
- Internal alterations such as door widening and structural reconfiguration
- Minor adaptations such as grab rails, shower seats
- Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification (or be prepared to work towards)
- Can demonstrate substantial experience in similar roles
- Can provide quality workmanship and consistent productivity in a variety of trade activities such as joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing and finishing
- Have the ability to be customer-facing with excellent communication skills and show consideration and compassion to service users
- Take ownership of tasks and pride in your work and ability
- Hold a full Driving Licence
- Can show a strong awareness of Health and safety and environmental procedures

- Between £13 to £15 per hour (negotiated based on experience)
- 40 Hour standard week

**Training, Development and Progression**

Structec provide a comprehensive programme of training and skills development for all employees, with transferrable certificates and evidence of courses completed.

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
