**Overview**
Due to the large number of Assessments and exams our group of Training Centres currently deliver, we are expanding our team with a dedicated Booking and Scheduling Administrator.

This key role will support the Centre Managers and Assessment Co-ordinator in planning, scheduling and organising assessment sessions for a variety of awarding bodies across multiple sites.

This is a hands on role, where every member of the team may be required to invigilate some of our larger assessment sessions.

**Duties**
- Schedule exams on a variety of booking and delivery platforms.
- Support the team with organising rotas to ensure suitable cover.
- Raise invoices through Xero software and send payment requests.
- Liaise with exam and assessment bodies to ensure sufficient availability.
- Prepare assessment days, organise paperwork etc.
- Support assessment staff with delivery where required.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong PC skills including Excel and Outlook, along with excellent attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with colleagues and clients alike.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
