We are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our busy warranty team, this role will operate as part of our head office team, based preferably in Bristol but with the possibility that the role can be based from any of our dealerships throughout the group.

- Basic Salary up to £28,000
- Overtime available occasionally at 1.5x
- Monday - Friday, no weekends (40 Hours per week)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To stay up to date with all Warranty notifications and updates from our manufacture partners
- To liaise with dealership staff to ensuring all information on job pack is correct. This includes but is not limited to; a full write up to manufacture standards, car mileage and technician signatures.
- To ensure all work has been authorised by the customer, evidenced by a signature, and that all supporting evidence is attached to the job card before any claim is made. This includes any retail invoices for retail/warranty combined jobs.
- To liaise with departments in order to ensure prior approval process is followed.
- To liaise with manufacture fleet and customer care departments where required.
- Ensure all customer requests are carried out i.e. fleet commitment, special warranties used.
- Attend and maintain manufacture training as and when required.
- Maintain internal reporting system and highlight any discrepancies.
- Endeavour to clear all warranty invoices on a daily basis.
- To ensure WIP is checked daily, question any work remaining and rectify where possible, in conjunction with service manager.
- Check for any returned or rejected claims daily and rectify via liaising with accounts department.
- Ensure relevant case numbers and are on the job pack and where applicable car hire authority documented and recorded.
- Ensure with parts department that all warranty parts are returned on time with all paperwork correctly completed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Fully computer literate
**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
- Warranty Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
