**Main Responsibilities**:

- You will analyse, produce, and prepare sensitive prosecution cases in court.
- After reviewing your serious and sensitive cases, you will provide legal advice on your case to both the Magistrates and Crown Courts.
- You will work closely with the Police to conduct evaluations on evidence requirements and charges.
- You will make Important decisions in complex cases to decide what the best way is to approach your cases.

**Essential skills & experience**:

- You must be a fully qualified solicitor or barrister.
- Law Degree or Common Professional Examination/Graduate Diploma in Law
- Completed the Legal Practice Course, Solicitors Qualifying Exam or Bar Professional Training Course.
- Effective communication and influencing skills to victims and court cases.
- Desiring to have experience in working on sensitive and serious related case(s) such as Child Law, Family Law, and Sexual Law.
