Crown Prosecutor

**Main Responsibilities**:

- You will analyse, produce, and prepare prosecution cases in the magistrates' court.
- You will make important decisions in deciding what the best way is to approach your cases.
- You work effectively as part of a multi-skilled team.

**Essential skills & experience**:

- You must be a fully qualified solicitor or barrister.
- Law Degree or Common Professional Examination/Graduate Diploma in Law
- Completed the Legal Practice Course, Solicitors Qualifying Exam or Bar Professional Training Course.
- Effective communication and influencing skills to victims and court cases.
- Desiring to have experience in working on related cases such as Child Law, Family Law, Clinical negligence, Personal injury, and civil litigation cases.
- Desired to be or have been a police representative.
