**We are looking for an experienced Scheduler to support our Maintenance & Response scheduling team based in Aztec West, Bristol.**

***
- ** **Experience of scheduling works, planning, logistics or resource**:

- ** **Knowledge of highway maintenance desirable however not essential**:

- ** **Knowledge of the South West road network would be desirable**:

- ** **Excellent communication skills**:

- ** **Accuracy/attention with a conscientious, organised and accurate approach**:

- ** **Good IT Skills including MS Office + bespoke systems (Confirm)**

**You would be responsible for**:
***
- ** **Creating and executing project work plans and revisions as appropriate**:

- ** **Allocating jobs daily for routine and cyclical maintenance**:

- ** **Dynamically coordinate schedule for quick response (CAT 1 & 2 and Emergency) activities.**:

- ** **Assessing defects in the system and prioritise for scheduling in conjunction with the Cyclical Programme**:

- ** **Reviewing/updating the Confirm dashboards regularly as well as Asset Management and Finance systems**:

- ** **Working with NH winter decision makers, NH ROC, Ringway winter supervisors and gritter drivers to ensure that the client’s instructions are enacted**:

- ** **Working with Telent to quality-check and resource roadside technology jobs from the client**
