**The Opportunity**
The Scheduler is the key communicator between the Customer, Scheduler and Field Service Engineers, working proactively to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will have responsibility for your own geographical areas and will schedule jobs for the field based engineers in those areas to ensure the customer’s service requirements, both reactive and planned, are booked in efficiently and resources are optimally utilised.
**What you will bring to the role**
- Previous experience in scheduling service orders for customers
- A desire to provide outstanding customer service to our customers and colleagues, with a positive, friendly “can do” attitude.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
- Able to handle high volumes of fast paced work, managing multiple priorities.
- A hands on, structured and well organised approach to your work
- Enjoy being part of a team who loves to engage with and support colleagues.

Hours of work: 8am - 5pm
Based on site
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
