Due to an expansion of work, we are looking to attract an Associate to join our growing travel and tour operator team in our Manchester office ; a leader in the field in defending claims against travel and tour operator providers and their insurers.

The Associates in the handle a mixed caseload of fast track and multi-track casualty claims. Our travel team supports our customers through large loss, complex and sensitive personal injury claims, group actions, policy coverage and inquests. Due to the nature of the work it will involve handling claims under cross border jurisdictions and dealing with private international matters. Working closely with our clients, the role will provide the opportunity to build client relationships with a focus on the service and quality that Clyde & Co provide.

We are keen to speak to solicitors with experience in travel and/or cross border experience claims.
