**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, minor carpentry, and painting.
- Respond promptly to repair requests from staff or management, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with the installation of fixtures, fittings, and appliances as required.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various trade skills including plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours if necessary for urgent repairs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: £12.50-£15.91 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Loyalty bonus
