**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks on properties as required
- Performing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Painting and decorating tasks
- Handling basic landscaping duties
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in general maintenance work
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants and property owners

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £9.04-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
