We're looking for a Technical Delivery Co-ordinator to join the Technical Asset Team in a vital support role to assist the team in the execution of the airports Engineering strategy, Capital Investment Portfolio, IT programmes and H&S administration.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Technical Asset Team in a vital support role to assist the team in the execution of the airports Engineering strategy, Capital Investment Portfolio, IT programmes and H&S administration. Although reporting to the Technical Continuous Improvement Manager, the role will primarily provide cross functional administrative support to all functions within the wider Technical team. Technical coordination of the CCRU operation.

**Principal accountabilities**
- Coordination and administrative support to the Heads of Departments within the team, including the production and distribution of regular integrated reports for the department.
- Technical aspects of CCRU (Control of Contractors Registration Unit) delivery (inductions / permit control and issue / checking risk assessments &method statements etc.)
- Co-ordination of cross functional administrative support within the department to ensure the timely and efficient execution of IT, Engineering maintenance and Health, Safety and Environment support.
- Control and maintain department filing system and Personal files in compliance with all statutory and compliance regulations.
- Responsible for department training records, advising staff and rescheduling training when required to comply with the company wide ‘Managing Responsibly System’.
- Provide administrative support to the team when required eg. Organising meetings, booking rooms, production of minutes, producing notes/correspondence, assistance with the coordination of tender and contract documentation.
- Coordination and management of space within the EAL Contractors Centre.
- Ensure changes to companywide policy / guidance / directives are communicated across the team and records held to support compliance with companywide policy eg. gifts register.
- Assist the function leads with the on-boarding of new starts ensuring all the necessary introductions, training, assessments and policy acknowledgements are undertaken.
- Co-ordination of wider cross functional administrative systems - such as the Control of contractors compliance system.
- Ensuring new companies are registered, vetted and monitored who are proposing to undertake works on the EAL.
- Ensuring all companies have the required insurance policies to operate on EAL grounds.
- Liaise with EAL Projects on capital and non‐capital works where third parties are operating on site.
- Responsible for compliance with Health and Safety, Security and Environment Policies, ensuring risk to all airport parties are minimised.
- Communicate to relevant parties of works being carried out on site.
- Obtaining pre‐approvals from EAL Dept. processes prior to work being authorised
