An exciting opportunity has arisen within the established Uro-Oncology CNS team based at the Southend Hospital site of Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust due to retirement of the current Lead CNS.
The post-holder with be responsible for providing specialist nursing care and knowledge to patients with urology cancers. The role offers a mix of managerial and clinical duties which makes it perfect for an experienced and motivated nurse who is forward thinking and enthusiastic about improving care.
The post holder will work as a highly skilled practitioner, with expert knowledge, be a competent educator, a clinical leader and have the ability to maintain clinical excellence.
You must demonstrate evidence of leadership and be able to influence a wide audience of stakeholders. A flexible approach and commitment to service development is essential for this post.
