**About the Role**

Within the role you will facilitate individualised study programmes for high needs learners both in college and out in the community to achieve clearly identified targets and outcomes relating to full time study, employment and/ or supported living. Additionally, you will be liaising with curriculum colleagues and external subcontractors and providers regarding individual student programmes as well as with MIS/ exams team regarding timetables and examinations for students.
