**What We Offer**

**Salary**: £13,066 rising to £13,221 (Full time equivalent £24,619 rising to £24,910 per year)
**Contract Type**: Permanent, Part Time - 22.5 hours per week, Term Time Only working, 36 + 2 weeks per year.
**Year-Round Employment**: No unpaid breaks

**What You’ll Do**

- Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students
- Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence
- Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track
- Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom
- Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment

**What You’ll Bring**

- Experience working with learners or supporting individuals (education, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching — all welcome)
