**Our real estate practice represents a formidable power-house in the UK. As one of the firm's key areas of expertise, real estate is at the heart of Addleshaw Goddard.

The Real Estate Division is one of Addleshaw Goddard's for core Divisions, with circa 400 team members providing advice to clients on transactional real estate, construction and engineering, property tax, planning and consenting, environmental and real estate disputes. The transactional Real Estate Team has 200 people across the UK, and within Scotland it currently comprises of ten partners and over 30 other fee earners. The team place a high emphasis on their transactional expertise and are able to bring a commercial and business-oriented approach to a wide range of property matters.

**The Role**

We are looking for a talented Scottish qualified real estate solicitor to join us. You will work alongside our Partners on key matters and clients on a broad range of commercial property work - institutional work, work for international and national, clients, regional and local market work The role will undertake a range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases.

This is a high performing, cohesive and busy team with excellent prospects for career development. We have a strong reputation for providing lawyers with early levels of responsibility within a supportive and stretching environment. Therefore anyone taking up this role can expect to have the opportunity to play a significant role in working for clients that are key to the Division and to the firm.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Clear understanding of the operation and structure of a top law firm
- Ability to achieve continuous improvement and development
