The Role

From day one, you'll
work alongside renowned Real Estate Partners and Associates
, gaining hands-on experience across investment, development, leasing, finance and property transactions.

This is more than just transactional work; it's about advising FTSE 100 companies, household-name brands, SMEs and financial institutions on matters that will shape Scotland's property market.

The Work

  • Advising landlords and tenants on complex commercial leasing matters.
  • Building client relationships with
    national and international businesses
    .
  • Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements for a diverse client base.
  • Acting for financial lenders on property finance and borrowing transactions.
  • Supporting developers and investors on
    large-scale projects
    across Scotland.
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver commercially focused, practical advice.

Your Background

  • NQ–3 years' PQE, with experience in Real Estate.
  • Strong technical ability and enthusiasm for building a career in property law.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Confidence in working directly with clients and managing your own workload.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a commitment to team and client success.
