**About Us**

Since 2014, Greener Energy Group Ltd have been providing a range of domestic renewable heating products in customer’s homes throughout the country. Our range of products within our domestic home heating division include Air Source Heat Pumps, German Electric Heaters, Solar PV, Gas Boilers and Spray Foam.

**Duties of the Purchase Ledger Assistant**:

- Processing invoices on Xero
- Dealing with suppliers to assist with orders
- Assisting with stock management
- Dealing with queries from engineers
- Updating customer accounts
- General office duties
- Assisting teams across the organisation as required

**Skills and Experience**

Good communication, time management and organisational skills
- Good IT skills and comfortable using packages such as Excel and Word
- Must have previous Xero Accounting Software experience
- Take pride in your work, paying attention to detail and approach tasks with energy and enthusiasm
- Aware of the importance of GDPR and confidentiality
- Flexible, adaptable and able to cope with a busy workload
- Willingness to support office & field-based teams and get involved in different duties
- Keen to learn, develop and progress

**Qualifications**
- A qualification in Business Administration or similar would be advantageous

**Job Location**:

- Paisley - our office is located in Trident House offering public transport links and easy access to the M8 motorway
