**Responsibilities**:

- Project-related customer support on a day-to-day business from a warehouse logistics point of view
- Supporting central purchasing
- Procurement, management and planning and inventory management
- Handling customs clearance and transport orders
- Supporting and improving current methods and processes
- Maintaining of the internal system
- Coordinating and execution of transports

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training in logistics or comparable training
- Professional experience in aviation
- Knowledge of AMOS would be an advantage
- Knowledge of import/export - customs clearance desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel)
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Confidence and high resilience
- Strong communication skills and a high level of initiative
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Open-minded and flexible approach towards customer requests on an international level
- A police clearance certificate free of entries
